Mike Morrison

Mike spent much of his career working in Director level positions in Quality and Manufacturing management in UK based Auto OEMs such as Renault trucks and the Rover group

He later made an effective transition to contract electronics manufacturer Viasystems EMS in the UK as a Quality Director where he spent five years.

He has considerable expertise in implementing Cost reduction programs, Supplier Development and Quality systems.

Mike has been working as a consultant since 2001 with a number of UK manufacturing companies helping them with a wide range of issues that impact on Quality: supplier performance, organizational barriers, manufacturing layouts, training of workers and management, lack of customer orientation etc

Mike is a Black belt in Six sigma.

Radha Mocherla

Radha is an experienced General manager in manufacturing, having worked in the Auto components sector mainly in the UK and on an expatriate assignment in India. Prior to co-founding Plan B, Radha was the Managing Director for the Indian operations of Federal Mogul, where he effected a turnaround of the ailing company, and built a world class supply organization to a level where it was chosen by Nissan UK, after lengthy and rigorous audits, to supply critical engine parts for the Primera and Micra models being manufactured in Sunderland as the sole supplier.

He has first hand knowledge of supplier development techniques and company wide quality systems having successfully passed supplier audits by the world's leading Auto OEMs: Honda, Suzuki, Nissan, John Deere, Fiat etc

In addition, he has carried out formal Manufacturing strategy studies in two separate plants, leading to detailed plans for relaying out of the shopfloor, implementation of new planning and control systems, retraining of workers in Team working, Problem solving and Variability reduction, and reorganization of monolithic support functions into integrated units working with operator teams.

Radha has a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from UMIST and a second degree in Cybernetics and Information Science from the University of Reading. He is a Chartered Engineer with membership of the Institution of Electrical Engineers, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, and has an MBA from London Business School.
