Dr Sree Kamineni

Sree has nearly 20 years experience in the healthcare, outsourced services and technology sectors in corporate turnaround, business development, alliance/joint venture set up and dissolution, new market entry and exit management . He has conducted multiple assignments in these sectors as a management consultant with KPMG and McKinsey & Co as well as holding senior line roles. Sree has worked in the UK, USA India and Eastern Europe.

In healthcare, Sree has experience across both the public and private sectors. Private sector roles range from post merger integration for Europe's largest biotech merger, establishing sales strategies for a new drug launch for Astra and clinical trails capability development for Glaxo. His numerous public sector roles include turnaround planning and providing implementation support for failing NHS trusts, planning and rolling out the merger of various health authorities, designing and negotiating public- private partnerships, implementing financial and performance reporting systems in GP practices as well as the roll out of three waves of GP fundholding in the mid 1990s.

His broad expertise ranges from planning and implementing new market entry strategies for a NASDAQ listed network equipment manufacturer, designing channel strategies and negotiating channel partnerships with such partners as IBM, Cisco, KPMG, PWC, managing joint venture exit negotiations with a Swedish bank, establishing offshore services organizations to deliver global servicing capability, developing a cost reduction and turnaround /performance improvement for a UK based private equity backed CRM outsourcer with $100m revenues and establishing an Indian joint venture. Sree has worked with multiple small companies to improve performance and drive growth. He has held line roles as head of finance and operations and as corporate development director, as global head of business development and as head of EMEA operations with P&L responsibility for units ranging from £6M to £10M.

Having started life as a dental surgeon he joined KPMG and qualified as a chartered accountant and more recently completed an MBA from London Business School.
