Iain Gray

Iain has spent his career in Sales, Marketing and Business development roles, working at Director level positions in manufacturing companies such as Unipart and T&N. Apart from managing traditional activities such as formulating Marketing strategies and plans, he has also built and managed sales teams and provided hands-on leadership in growing revenues.

Iain also has experience of International sales development, having worked with Unipart distributors in Hungary, Poland, Portugal and South East Asia.

In addition to this, Iain is aware of the latest trends in E-business having served as E-commerce Marketing Director at Unipart.

Iain has considerable experience in developing value propositions and go-to market strategies and plans for a variety of business, as well as the practical sales skills needed to grow sales


Florian Solzbacher

Florian is co-founder of First Sensor Technology GmbH (FST), a supplier of semiconductor based micro sensor systems. FST is a certified supplier of the automotive industry with key customers in Europe, the USA and Asia, but also serves industrial customers, aerospace, biomedical and white appliances. Florian was responsible for strategic business planning and financing and raised capital to the tune of about 15 Mio. Euros from private, public and strategic investors.

He had responsibility for Sales and Marketing, creating strategic development projects and partnerships with a large variety of European and US-based automotive suppliers, leading to a strategic partnership and sale of shares to the Siemens Group.

Florian masterminded the company's internationalisation into the US and Asian markets with particular focus on China.

Florian is Chairman of AMA Association for Sensors (the German association of Sensor, Metrology and Test companies) member of an expert team to the German Ministry of Education and Research, as well as board member of a variety of ventures.
